mom was on my back this morning. hurry up and download your stinky so we can do things. man doesn't she know these things take time. you can't rush a quality stinky. what the heck is so important any way? aren't we only going down the street to run around the cathedral green again?
eventually i did what needed to be done and mom changed me. she got me dressed. gram was dressed and mom was dressed too. the three of us set out down the hall and out the door and then down the street. just like every day. we got to the train station and things got interesting. mom spoke to the lady behind the glass and slid her some cash. the lady slid mom some colored paper. interesting.
gram, mom and i waited on the platform for a train to come. oooooh choochooots. so exciting. one came up real close to us and stopped. the doors opened and we got on. oh man that was pee yourself exiciting. gram and mom are taking me for a train ride! whoooo-hoooo.
riding on the train is super cool. i watched things wizz by the window- fields, cows, sheep, water. we rode the train down to this place called teignmouth. it's on the ocean. mom and gram bored me to sleep by going in every shop they passed. i woke up at just in time for lunch.
gram and mom agreed that since i was such a super good boy we should go to the big playground so i could have some fun too. there are loads of cool things in the playground but all i care about is swings. i love swings. gram pushed me for like an hour and i still didn't want to get out. oh so much fun. mom almost kicked a seagul, he was trying to steal my rice cakes from underneath buggy. that made me laugh. i saw a big kid fall over when he was running and not paying attention. he totally kissed the ground, i didn't laugh at him. i know what that feels like.
when it was time to go back to the train station mom made me walk almost half way there. it was a long way. i saw some dogs and tried to catch a little black bird. it was a really nice day. i can't believe i got to ride the train back home too. what a world.
