not much going on. just hanging out with jammma and grdad. i'm having a nice visit. i might yell over the fence later and see if patrick wants to do anything.

what a weekend. today i'm just going to relax and try to recover from all the partying. i might help jammma bake tasty treats later.

today i went shopping with aunty amy, eleanor and jammma. how i got roped into doing something so girly i don't know. oh grdad had to work, so there was no one around i could do guy stuff with. after shopping we stopped at the park. all the cool stuff is covered in snow. i just ran around a little. not a bad day.

another day another party. today i went to aunty amy's mom's house. there was a big party for eleanor, again. two parties! i want two parties! i'm going to have to talk to mom about that when i get home. reece was there so i got to hang out with him some more. all the kids played a party game called- pass the parcel and a couple other games. it was good fun. i am really liking these party things. uncle tom took me back to jammma's when it was done.

it's eleanor's big first birthday! whooo-hooo. time to party. jammma and grdad took me to the party. it was at this big inside play area. there were so many kids and so much cool stuff going on. my friend reece was there. cool, someone my age to hang out with. we played in the ball pit and the tunnels. i got to eat loads of things my mom never lets me have. i wish eleanor turned 1 every weekend. i had so much fun. happy birthday eleanor, big girl. you can't get away with doing baby things now. pretty soon the big people are going to expect you to talk and pee on the potty.

my mom says today is thanksgiving. it's a big american holiday of some kind which seems to revolve around food and pie. i'm supposed to say what i'm thankful for. i'm thankful for blueberry and pete, my two great buddies. i'm also thankful that mom lets me go off with jammma and grdad so i can have fun adventures with them. which is what i'm doing today. haha. see you all later. i'm off to radio derby for a week or so. it's baby eleanor's birthday tomorrow and i am going to party.

just so you know, it's cold at the seaside this time of year. it's also pretty empty. none of the ice cream shops were open. what the heck? had a great time at the beach anyway even if i didn't get my 99flake. jammma, grdad and i had a really nice picnic. i got to run around the playground and do whatever i wanted. it's nice having the place pretty much to yourself.

big stretch. i staid up super late last night. jammma and i talked to almost 11pm. i'm so happy grdad and jammma have come for a visit. i missed them when there were off on their big adventure. now it's time for the three of us to do fun stuff. today we are totally going to the park. as soon as we all recover from the huge ass breakfast dad made. i'm so stuffed.

yet another day, just me and mom. i want to go to radio derby. are jammma and grdad back yet? it's getting kind of cold out. mom says that's because it's winter time. just did the usual monday kind of things. mom and i went shopping around town. we fought about stupid stuff. i played with my toys. mom spent the afternoon scurrying around the house trying to get me to tidy up. why? tidy up day is sunday, what's going on? special visitors are coming later. special visitors? meh, i still don't feel like tying up, that's your job. so i just played while mom did stuff. dad came home and i hung out with him. i heard mom and dad talking and it sounded like they said jammma and grdad were coming. really? mom said, yes, they're on the train and will be here later. but i want to see them now! bedtime. so mom made me go to bed. i just sat there quietly thinking about stuff. a few hours later i heard the front door open and i jumped right up- jammma and grdad are here! mom was like- oh my god it's almost 10pm, go to bed already. but i'm not. jammma and i are going to stay up and chat for awhile.

i'm waiting on bathtime so just a quick note. today has been pretty good for a sunday. mom got me up early and said i had to hurry up and get ready because we were going on an adventure. oh really? so she got me dressed. i noticed dad was having some toast. i want toast. mom made me a slice of toast with pineapple jam. oh it was tasty. after toast everyone got in dad's car.
dad drove us through town. town sure is dark. where are we going in the dark? we stopped outside erin's house. she came out and jumped in the car next to me. where are we going? where are we going? no one will tell me.
dad drove for a bit and then parked the car. we all got out and mr alec was behind us. hello mr alec. where are we? we're at the carboot sale. oh ok.
i walked around the carboot sale with mom. at every table i saw something to buy. buy this mommy, buy this mommy, buy this mommy. mom was not buying anything. she said we had to hunt out the cool stuff and we would only be buying cool stuff. we are not buying stuff just to buy stuff. humph. so we walked around and around. one guy had a huge box full of cars. i dug around and pulled out a cool looking lorry. buy this mom! mom looked it over. um, no. it's just a cheap piece of junk plastic. but i want it. put it back. mom would not buy the lorry and i sulked about it. we walked around some more. we stopped at this table. mom pulled this weird looking animal out of the pile and showed it to me- how would you like this as your new friend? no! put it back. i do not want to buy that. mom bought the weird thing anyway. i yelled at her and tried to put the animal back myself. I DO NOT WANT THAT! mom said- tough, i do. he will be my friend. i got super mad at mom. after we had walked around and seen most of the stuff mom said since there was no real cool stuff, i guess we can go buy that plastic truck. so we walked back to the man. i dug the lorry out of the pile. mom asked the man how much for it. he said 50p. mom said 50p! no way, too much. i'll give you 25. the man glared at mom and eventually said- fine. so mom gave him some money and i got a new lorry.
after that mom and i treated ourselves to a bag of fresh made donuts. oh they were good. we met up with everyone and then it was back to the car.
that was the most interesting part of the day. mom's been hogging the tv and making me watch some program on the history channel all about america. ugh, so boring. i've been playing with my toys. now it's time to get ready for bed

today is friday and you know what that means: PLAYGROUP! i bothered mom all morning until she said it was  time for us to get ready to go. can we go to playgroup? can we go to playgroup? can we go to playgroup? is it now yet? on the way to playgroup we stopped at the vegstand and mom let me pay for the courgettes. the veglady let me put them in the bag myself.
got to playgroup and there was all kinds of stuff going on. there were photographers there today setting up. i watched them put up their gear. it was pretty cool. i then played with the toy cars and the parking garage. when it was my turn i sat and got my picture taken. it was ok. mom told the photographer's assistant that i really didn't need to be poked and tickled to get a good shot but she did anyway. i humored her. haha very funny lady, way to poke me in the tummy with a stupid toy. hooohoo. after pictures i went back to playing cars. it wasn't super busy today so no one really bothered me.
when playgroup was over mom and i went home. i ate up my peanut butter and jelly samiches. nothing super exciting going on. i had a nap. i'm just hanging out playing with my toys and watching ben and holly. i tried to call jammma and grdad but no one was there. i wonder when they are getting back?

today was a bit of a wash out. it rained, a lot. epic rain. the wind blew and the rain fell. i staid inside with mom and watched shows. i played with my toys and pretend to go to work in my office. mom asked what i did for work. i work with numbers. i drove my cars around too and stuff like that.
of course the rain stopped just in time for naps. wonderful. i had a nap. mom got me up and we went for a run around town. mom was all- we need to get things for dad's baking project. blah blah blah. so we went to a bunch of stores getting things for dad. not very exciting but at least i got some exercise.
just hanging out now watching ben and holly. it's happy elf joke day, very funny. hopefully dad will be home soon and i can talk to him for awhile. mom says she is done answering but why mommy questions for the day.

this morning i asked mom if we could go to the library. i have work i want to do on the kid's computer. please take me to the lieberry. please mommy. mom said- yes we can go to the lieberry but how about we wait until it's actually open, it's only like 6.30am dude. oh ok mommy.
did the usual morning things while waiting to go out. i watched some shows and ate breakfast time. i have been enjoying cinnamon raisin bagels with lots and lots of cream cheese. mmmm delicious. finally mom said it was time to go so we got dressed and went out. kind of cold and grey out. stupid english weather.
the lieberry was jam packed full of little kids. turns out it was the under 3's story time. mom was all- dear god, save me. all the little kids were busy doing baby songs and stories. i had the computer all to myself. it was awesome. i got a load of work done. i told mom all about the different stars that fly across the screen. it was good.
after the lieberry mom and i hit the grocery store for things. i helped scan things. i really like doing that. i get rather mad at mom if she doesn't let me help. mom asked me if i wanted to hit the charity shops, no not today. we walked down the highstreet and work men were building something. mom and i went over to read the sign. mom said they were building a stage for the christmas lights party going on tonight. interesting.
stopped at the veg stand and got a few things from veglady.
went home and did lunchtime. i played with my stuff and mom shoooed me off to bed. but i don't want to take a nap. mom says- tough. i goofed off in bed for awhile before i finally went to sleep. mom woke me up at the usual time and i was a little grouchy about that. mom said- oh well. next time go to sleep when i tell you to. blah blah blah.
i did some playing and before i knew it mom was telling me it was time to go out for an adventure. um, ok. so we got dressed and went into town. it was stupid busy. i've never seen so many people in one place before. it was hard to move. mom dragged me all the way down to the corner and we just stood in the crowd across the street from the next store. all of a sudden the christmas lights popped on. um cool? is that what everyone came out to see? neat but not that exciting. then all of a sudden loads of colorful explosions went off right over our heads. ohhhhhh, awesome. cool. that was clever. i was very impressed with the fireworks. i thought they were great. after all the excitement mom and i hurried home. i ate a big bowl of soup for dinner.
dad is home now and we are going to talk about big guy stuff.

monday? mom said she was pretty sure today was tuesday. nothing really exciting about today, unless you talk to mom. she has been all thrilled that protein powder was on sale. um, whatever.
i had a great time today playing with blueberry and birdie. they are my bestfriends today.

dad woke me up at stupid early this morning. what the hell man? mom was all- we're going on a secret adventure, just get dressed and let's go! can't secret adventures take place during normal hours? mom got me all bundled up in my wet/cold gear and we jumped in the car. dude the sun isn't even up yet. where are we going?
dad stopped the car outside of erin and greg's house. greg got in the car next to me. mr alec showed up on his very loud motorbike. holy hell, something exciting must be going on. erin jumped on the motorbike with mr alec and we all drove off.
dad parked the car in this big lot. i asked mom what was going on. she said that we were at the carboot sale and we're going to walk around looking for fun stuff. carboot? mom said it's like a giant outside charity shop. oooooh cool. so i took mom's hand and off we went to find cool stuff. there was soo much stuff. i didn't know where to look. i saw loads of things i would like to have but mom said- no, we're not just buying things. we stopped at this one table and mom plucked this big black lump out of a pile of toys. she gave it a squeeze and handed it to me. what the heck? it chirped at me. i turned the thing over and looked at it. it's a black bird, and it chirps! mom asked the lady how much? and the lady said- 50p. mom asked me if i really liked him because 50p was all my pocket money for the day. yes! i love him! ok then. mom gave the lady some money and that is how birdie came to be my friend. mom asked if i wanted to put birdie in her bag! no i will carry him, and i did. mom bought loads of things. all her bags were full. most of it was food. the veg man had cheap strawberries, pineapple and grapes so mom stocked up. then the cheap meatman had beef and chicken mom wanted. mom was all- chicken breasts for $1.50 a lb, hell yeah.
the carboot sale was a great treat. i had a blast and birdie came home to live with us. the rest of the day was not nearly as exciting. i just kind of hung out with mom playing. dad and i are going to watch pingu later, i can't wait.

i thought today was just going to be your usual pantake and shopping kind of day. i got up this morning and dad made a huge stack of banana pantakes. i ate 2! they were so tasty. after breakfast mom and i got dressed while dad got ready too. once we were all set it was down to the car. dad drove us to the grocery stores. first we went to aldi and bought things. while dad packed up the shopping mom and i paid a visit to the fishes. hello fishes!
went to sainsbury's and bought more things. i helped dad do the decycling. we got rid of a load of empty bottles and jars. i like the noise they make when the fall in the tank.
after all the shopping type chores were done dad drove us back to the house. he unpacked a few things and said- hey it's time to go. get ready hardwick. what? me? where are we going dad? it's a surprise. awesome! mom got me all ready and i set off with dad for a surprise.
dad and i walked through town and crossed the bridge. where are we going? to playgroup. PLAYGROUP! what a super surprise. dad and i hung out with a bunch of other dads with kids. it's a dad's only group. how cool. i had such a great time. i love doing things with my dad.
when playgroup was over it was back home. mom had lunch waiting for us. i ate up my samiches and dad had some pizzas. when all the food was gone dad went off to work and i staid home with mom.
mom made me take a stupid nap. ugh. mom and her naps. i just want to play play play. i was kind of tired though so i curled up with blueberry and had a nice sleep.
nothing really important going on now. just playing and waiting for dad to get home so we can do more guy stuff.

this morning i was just hanging out with mom. i asked her if it was friday yet because i know on fridays i get to go to the green door playgroup. is it friday mom? mom said- why yes, yes it is. yippie! can we go to playgroup then? of course we can. awesome sauce. so mom got ready and then i got ready and off we went in the rain to playgroup. on the way there i looked up to mom and said- this must be my lucky day. mom just chuckled at me. i do love playgroup.
got to playgroup and it was full of kids. there were millions of them running around today. i decided i wanted to just play with the trains. no one was really using the trains so i had the tracks to myself. i played nicely, just minding my own business. then loads of kids just came over and ruined the tracks. they kicked up the rails and then stole my trains. i was rather annoyed. the other kids are so rude. i complained to mom and she gave me a hug and told me not to worry, just go do something else for awhile. so i went and drove around in the big red car a bit. when i noticed the rude kids had moved on i went back to the trains. i fixed the tracks and played nicely. then sure enough a bunch of kids came back and snatched my trains away again. and that is how my day at playgroup went. kids would just snatch my train away, play for a few minutes and run off again, then i would get the stuff back. mom says i did a great job sharing. at snack time i was good too. i only took one cookie off the tray, other kids took way more than that.
after playgroup was done mom and i were going to hit the charity shops but there was an accident. i was trying to explain to mom how the rain water was going down the drain and into the sewer on the way to the treatment plant when i fell right into a huge puddle. doh. i was soaking wet. so mom and i just ended up going home instead.
my day has been going alright. i've just been playing with my toys and having fun. no complaints.

today there was a few minutes silence when mom and i were in the grocery store. that was kind of weird. pretty much everyone just stopped where they were and stood quietly. i didn't know what was going on. later mom told me that it was to remember the end of this big fight and to show respect to the soldiers. that was about the most interesting part of my day.
it's been really stormy out. there's loads of wind and rain going on. mom and i ventured out for supplies in a lull. we only got slightly wet and windblown. we did get bread for samiches though, so that makes up for it. since the weather is so crap i've just been spending most of my time hanging out playing with my toys. luckily i have loads of toys to keep me busy.

got up this morning and had banana pantakes. must be saturday. dad makes very tasty pantakes. i ate two and was rather annoyed that mom ate the last one before i could. i wanted another one. mom was all- 3pantakes? you wanted 3? better luck next time.
after breakfast we went in the car for groceries. i helped dad shop while mom got things off the list. same old same old. mom took me to visit the fish in the pet shop when we were done in aldi. hello fish!
we got a load of stuff at the store. i even helped carry things home. i dragged my diapers from the car to the house. mom said she would carry them but i told her- no, i'm in charge. dad unpacked all the stuff. i gave him hi 5s and knuckle bumps before he went off to work.
mom and i went for a walk around town. town was busy. we went in a few stores. mom bought a few things- for me! i got juggling stuff. i am so excited. mom said most of the things had to go in the closet until gift time but i could have the juggling balls now. awesome sauce. i am all about juggling. the bag pipe band was playing on the highstreet again. mom and i stopped to watch. they had a dancer with them today and i watched her hop around.
got home and did the usual afternoon type stuff. mom made me lunch and i had a nap after i ate. got up feeling pretty good. mom and i hung out. i played with toys. dad came home and mom was all- time for dinner and then you can go on a secret adventure. what? dinner? secret adventure? where am i going? mom fed me and got me all dressed. i kept asking her where i was going but she said- dad will let you know.
i went on a secret adventure with dad and it was awesome. on the way out we ran into erin. hi erin, can't stop to talk, i'm going out with my dad to do big guy stuff. erin went to hang out with my mom and do lame old girl stuff. i went with my dad to the all you can eat buffet. we met up with the guys; big pete was there, mr alec and greg too! oh it was so cool. i sat and talked with the guys while they ate big plates of food. i love getting to do big guy stuff. after everyone was full of food dad and i went home. i'm going to hang out with erin for a few minutes and then, bed time.

i found a pound! well mom saw it first but i picked  it up. how cool is that? i'm feeling pretty good, no side effects from the pokes. mom says- that's good, but we're still going to take it easy today. instead of going to playgroup, mom and i went to the library instead. very cool. i like the library. there were hardly anyone there so i got to use the computer loads. that made me happy. mom found me a book about juggling. she also found a kipper book in the for sale pile. she bought that for me because i like kipper stories. i helped mom pick out a few stories in the grown up section. the library was fun.
after checking out our books mom and i went to the grocery store. we got a few things and headed off to see the veg lady. on the way mom noticed the old church was open for a fund raiser. we stopped in to check things out. the place was crawling with old ladies. old ladies mean- tasty treats. i found the cake table and mom helped me pick out some special cupcakes for after lunch. i paid with the pound i found on the ground. i even got change back!
the veg lady didn't have anything good today so mom and i just went home. i put my change in the money box. mom asked me what i wanted for lunch and i told her 5aday! mom made me up a cheese samich with let, tom and lots of red onions. it was delicious and just what i wanted.

this morning has been busy. dad had to take the car in for it's yearly test. i went with him. i got to help clean the car and then i helped drive it to the car shop. we left the car at the shop and then walked home. i love spending time with my dad. got home and mom dragged me off to the doctors. today is poke day. noooooo! i don't want pokes. mom made sure to bring blueberry and my special chocolate treat to cheer me up.
pokes went ok. the nurse was nice and she did it really quick. i didn't cry or anything. i just flinched a bit. i got a lion sticker for being so brave. mom let me have my chocolate treat. i took a huge bite and then drooled chocolate all over myself. oh it was soooo good. on the walk home mom confiscated what was left of the chocolate and dropped it on the ground instead of putting it in her pocket. she claims it was an accident. i started screaming and crying. i never get my own chocolate. i finally get a piece and mom ruined it. i was very upset.
i helped mom do the shopping and we went home to rest. when we got home dad was there! i told dad about the pokes and mom dropping my treat. i wasn't super hungry but i ate some lunch. i drove dad crazy with my constant stream of noise so he packed up and went to the office for a little while.
after dad left i had a nap. i didn't want to wake up when mom said it was time. i just staid in bed for awhile thinking. i finally got out of bed just as dad walked in the door. dad's home early! he had to pick car up from the shop. car passed his yearly check-up, after a bit of work. dad said there was no point in going back to work so we got to hang out on the couch watching spongebob.
and that has been my day. i got to spend a lot of time with my dad. i got some pokes. i got a few treats. mom felt bad for dropping my chocolate so i got to have one of her lime cake bars, very good. no real complaints.

lizard is home from his holiday! he crawled in to an envelop and mailed himself home. i'm so happy he's back.
