hung out with mom playing with my microscope, cars and watching spongebob. i am loving my microscope. i've been carrying it around for the past 2 days. i had a nap. i ate my dinner. mom took me to the park. i had loads of fun there. i do like finishing my day with a trip to the park. i blew a bunch of bubbles. i made some super big ones- as big as my head! bubble time got cut short though because i decided to start tasting the bubble juice. i tried to be sneaky about it but mom saw what i was up to. i stuck my fingers in the bubble juice and then sucked it off my fingers. i told mom it was delicious but really it was kind of gross. mom took me over to play on the rides. i climbed up the rope ladder and slid down the pole- just like a fireman. i did that loads. i also did the swings and the slide. mom and i were at the park for ages waiting for dad to stop by. finally it got late and mom said- let's just go home, maybe dad is there already. and he was! dad was home eating his dinner and watching chigwee when got back. he said he walked through the park but didn't see us.
dad said that he had to go back to work right after dinner. noooooooo. don't leave me daddy. i made sad faces and got really upset that dad was leaving again. mom said for a special just this once treat since it's my birthday, we could go with dad and hang out in his office. AWESOME! dad's office is at the top of the building. we had to take this broken down looking wooden steps all the way up. mom was not impressed. i looked out the window and saw the lights of exeter. soooo cool. i held blueberry up so he could look out the window too. we waved at exeter and said- hello world. after dad was done he came and got us. he showed me around the lab. i saw some of his fish friends. i am not sure they are actually fish though. they were not moving their tails. fish move their tails. these ones were just sitting on the bottom of the tank.
now it's really way past my bedtime. blueberry and i are off to sleep.
