i did nothing today. mom kept bothering me to go outside. I DON'T WANT TO GO OUTSIDE. mom was all- ok fine. i pulled out a load of toys and made a huge mess in the livingroom. i did some work practising writing my letters on my leapfrog game. i discovered at the back of the book you can turn it into a kind of music player so i messed around with that function.
mom made some peanut butter jelly samiches for lunch. i ate it up. i drank the glass of milk she gave me too, with out complaint. i'm coming to realise it doesn't matter how much i complain about something, mom doesn't care and i'll have to do it anyway. i finished my milk and mom gave me apple chunks. i guess that's a fair trade.
mom and i messed around a bit after lunch until she said it was naptime. stop naps, i am so over naps. i sat in bed for awhile playing with my friends. when i was bored i called mom- i'm done resting. mom called back- no you're not, go to sleep. humph. so i had a bit of a rest and since i went to sleep late i didn't want to get up when naptime was over. mom had to poke me awake. i stumbled into the livingroom in just my diaper and shirt to discover we had company. how embarrassing.
the plumber and landlady came back because the potty wasn't quite fixed the first time. i just slumped on the couch next to mom for awhile slowly waking up. i was able to get a few minutes of lively showing off in before the landlady and plumber left again. this time he says our potty should be fine.
mom and i sat on the couch and had a chat. she told me since the potty was all fixed, there was no reason i couldn't poop in there all the time from now on. i just sat there wondering what is this woman's obsession with poop all about? when it was my turn to talk i told her i wanted to go to the seaside. i want to go to the seaside. mom was all- how are we going to get there? i told her we could both ride my scooter there. and then we could spend the day walking around and having fun.
