it's monday. i woke up in a pretty good mood considering i have a stuffy nose. yellow goop is leaking out. and then clear goop. and then weird snot bubbles which i try to catch. they disapear back into my nose too quickly though.
dad made me a huge bowl of mush today and added sinoman to it, damn it was good. i managed to get pretty much the whole bowl down. waved at trains, watched the hoobs and monkey shows. i said bye to dad when he had to leave.
mom got me dressed and we went out. i got to walk most of the way to the cathedral. spent some time walking around the green. went up and down the steps a few times.
mom dragged me off to buy onions. aparently we're down to the last onion and this consitutes a cooking emergancy for mom. whatever.
i figured mom would then take me back home but no, we turned down a side street. we went to music class. whoo-hooo. i was a pretty good boy. i ran around a bit with ollie and lucas. we did guy stuff- not pay attention and try to escape. the teacher gave us sticks to bang together and meracas. we sang songs and did some dances. it was fun.
this afternoon mom made me walk. we walked really far. i wasn't so thrilled out it. i kept falling to my knees in protest and hanging in my harness like superman. i saw the park that i sometimes go to and wanted to walk that way. mom said- no, we're walking and that's it. we're not where we need to be yet. so we walked the trail through the woods that we do with dad. i saw a kittie and some dogs. one of the dogs was playing sticks. he would bring a stick to his man and then the man would throw it, then the dog would pick it up and bring it back. that looked rather fun.
i found a flower on the ground and picked it up. i like to carry flowers around, they make nice friends. when mom isn't looking i often try to eat them too. so we walked and walked and i complained. finally we got to the place mom was taking us to. it was a little play area. there were swings! swings! oh i love swings. mom didn't let me swing very long though. she said since i wasted so much time getting there it was now time to go home. i cried a little but mom said she would bring me back another day.
