some things i did while on my holiday at mommom and grdad's house...
the weather was really not nice. there was snow and it was cold. good thing mom packed my snow suit for me. i went out with uncle tom, aunty amy and baby eleanor. we all made a snow man. that was good fun.
mommom and grdad have a few older people they help, so i helped them take care of the old people. we did shopping and gathered things on lists. i helped deliver the goods in my rolly bag.
every day mommom and i did arts and crafts in the kitchen. glitter and scissors were involved. i had lots of fun making pictures. i also used playdough. mommom and i also played music with all the different instruments in the house. oh and i practiced my french. i learned a few new words.
so that's some of the stuff i did when i was away. now i'm back home and mom and i are back to our usual things.
i tried to have a few extra minutes in bed this morning. in my own bed. i slept the whole night. i woke up and said- meh i don't feel like getting out of bed yet so i turned on my musical mind control nightlight. i staid in bed and thought about stuff. mom came in and told me- no snooze bar, time to get up, thomas is on. so i sat and watched thomas while mom cooked up breakfast.
i ate most of my bowl of mush this morning. mom set up the racetrack that santa left for me. it's huge! i played with my cars. mom got dressed and then she helped me get dressed. we went off to art class.
ooooh art class. there were loads of kids there today, the place was packed. today was all about the color blue. i did a couple blue paintings. then we made flags. i helped mom stick on buttons and glitter, but mostly i looked for things to cut with the scissors.
mom and i went to tescos for a few random things and then it was home time.
mom put the cars dvd on and i played with my race track. i had some soup for lunch but i wasn't really hungry, i was mostly sleepy. so i sat in bed for awhile and sang some songs, talked to my blankies and friends, then i fell asleep.
i got up and mom was just goofing off doing nothing much. we played cars together and just hung out. it's been a pretty good day.
