i had an awesome time at the seaside yesterday. i splashed in the ocean. i played with other kids.. i got to be the captain of the pirate ship. there were dolphins swimming in the sea. i saw them jumping. it was a really good day. today it's raining. lots and lots of rain. i'm waiting for grdad and jammma to come over from the bed and breakfast. mom and i have been talking. she says i can go back to derby today with grdad and jammma if i want. can i take blueberry? yes. can i take lizard? yes. ok then, yes please i would like to go to derby. awesome! first things first jammma and i are going to craft time at the lieberry. i wonder what we are going to make today.
while i was waiting for jammma and grdad i played with lizard. he and i have been having a lot of fun the past few days. he hides behind pillows when he gets scared. we hunt for bugs together. mom says i'm like some kind of david attenborough. lizard likes to sit on my head. silly lizard.
i also finally agreed to wear my spaceman helmet. mom said to put it on so she could take a picture to show dana bunny. dana bunny? um, ok then if it's for her, i will wear the spaceman helmet.

my grdad is here and we are off to the seaside!. jammma has packed me a big bag full of clothes. grdad has made a picnic. blueberry and i are all dressed and ready to go. bye bye everyone. i'm out the door.

monday, everyone say blah. it's a kind of rainy monday too. grdad should be here later today, so that's alright. i just have to kill time until then. not much to report so far. got up this morning and watched my usual shows while eating breakfast. jammma and i got dressed and went for a splash in the rain. i jumped in muddy puddles. we went to the lieberry to look at books. i like the lieberry. that's about it really. we're home now and i am going to have some lunch.

today is my dad's birthday. i came running out of my room this morning with his gift, so excited to wish him happy birthday and he wasn't there. he already left for the gym. i was pretty crushed. mom and i called him on the phone so i could say- happy birthday. that cheered me up a little bit.
just hanging out watching spongebob. mom is scurrying around doing things in the kitchen. jammma spent some time picking through my book collection, now she's watching spongebob with me. sunday mornings are a little dull.
i had a busy day. jammma and i went out for a little while this morning then we came back for lunch. i ate and then it was nap time. ugh. so i had a nap. got up and played with my toys. i gave dad his birthday present. he seemed to really like it. i told him how i made the picture myself, it's an alien. jammma and i went to the park for a good run around before bed. the park was great but a little soggy. it's been rainy today and we totally got rained on during the walk home.
got home tonight and found earin and greg sitting at the table. they've come over for dinner again. i had a little chat with them before jammma said it was bed time for me. so i am off to brush my teeth and read my bed time stories. i've got to get ready for monday.

not a bad day over all. this morning was a little rough. dad made french toast for everyone's breakfast time. he did me a peanut butter and banana stuffed one, i didn't want it. mom said- you don't eat, you don't get to go shopping. booo. i was really upset, i like doing the saturday shopping. so mom and dad left and i had to stay home with jammma. i still didn't eat my french toast.
mom and dad came home. dad unpacked the shopping like usual. mom made a list of things she forgot at the store so she could get the missing things in town. jammma and i got dressed so we could go with mom to get milkshakes! yummy milkshakes, i like those. jammma got a blueberry flavored one and mom's was jaffa cake. both were tasty. we got the shakes and then went to the cathedral to drink them down. that was a nice treat. when the shakes were sucked dry mom went off with her list to gather things and i went off with jammma to help her buy a birthday surprise for dad.
after shopping jammma and i went to run around the park before going home to do more birthday surprises. mom came home and started cooking things. i had lunch, it was good. after lunch jammma brought out my arts and crafts box and said we could make a card for dad. so i had a great time making things today. when arts and crafts were done i helped jammma wrap dad's surprises. we used up all the wrapping paper and jammma gave me the tube. awesome! i've been having loads of fun playing with the tube all afternoon.
right now it's time for dinner and then i am off to the park to run around. wheeeeee.

today is g-dad's birthday. happy birthday g-dad.
g-dad's birthday is about the most exciting things going on around here. the weather is craptastic. i went out for a little while in my rain gear to jump in puddles. long boring blah ass day.

jammma and i went on a super adventure. we went to the big park down by the river. we staid all day. it was so much fun. we walked along the river for a bit. we saw the boats and the water splashing. there were things to climb on and stuff to play on. best of all there was loads of room to just run around. finally after 2 weeks of trying jammma has worn me out. i'm just going to close my eyes while i wait for dinner.

so last night i sat in bed for awhile thinking while jammma read her book. when i was done thinking about my day i peeked over my bar and told jammma i really enjoyed the movies. she and i talked for a little while about movies before going to sleep. had a nice long sleep. i don't think jammma and i got up until like 8am. ate a good breakfast before jammma and i headed out the door. it's craft day at the lieberry!
got to the lieberry and today we made spaceman hats. cool stuff. i have a cool new hat to wear when i play pretend. we spent ages in the lieberry doing all kinds of fun stuff. i rode the horse and used the computer. jammma helped me pick out some books. i got one all about fire engines.
we did a little shopping. i saw a kid magazine i really wanted but jammma wouldn't buy it for me. that caused some upset. i want it. and jammma is all- you can't always get what you want. but i want it. we went home for lunch and i was still whiny about the magazine. mom came out and jammma told her what all the ruckus was about and then mom was all- you can't always get what you want. blah blah blah. i ate some lunch and did nap time.
got up from my nap in a much better mood. that's been my day. just hanging out now. going to play with my piano and wait for dad to get home.

 i'm totally concentrating on the tv and trying to pretend mom is not taking my picture.
today i went to the movies. it was my first time. mom and jammma have been talking to me about it for a few days now so i would know what to expect. blueberry went with us in case i got scared i could hide behind him. we went to see toystory 3. mom ordered me a popitycorn and i had a juicey. there were loads of other kids there too. we sat in our seats- they were really big and had cup holders, neato. i just sat and stared at the screen. i never knew pictures could be so big. i only have a tiny tv to watch at home. this screen was huge! it was kind of loud which made me nervous. i tend not to like loud very much. but i took turns holding hands with mom and jammma and clutched blueberry with the other one. i had a couple pieces of popitycorn but i wasn't really interested. the screen was fascinating. i sat perfectly still the whole time and didn't say a word. the movie was soooo good. i think i would like to go again some time.

not a very exciting monday. today has been pretty much all about running around the park. i've been doing a lot of that. it's fun. i like to run fast and then shout back- run run, you can't catch me.
i spent a lot of time today playing with my toy holder. first i pretended it was a blocked pipe. i went in to fix the pipe and found that it was full of stuffed animals. so i had to unblock it by removing the animals. then the pipe became a tent and i had a camp out for awhile. then i stood the holder up and made believe i was a jack in the box. finally the last thing i did was pretend that the holder was a drain and i was water going down the drain. i spinned around and then fell down inside.

today mom has been busy making stuff in the kitchen. i have been busy running around having fun. dad went to the gym and came home. he pushed mr hoover around the house and got the place all tidied up. when dad was done with chores he went back to work for a bit. i ate lunch by the french doors and practiced making funny faces with my reflection.
i had a nap even though i didn't want to. i tried to talk jammma out of it but she was all- oh no, we're both having a nap. booo. when i got up we had some food and then it was off to the park.
we were at the park for ages. i had so much fun. i love going to the park and just running around with the other kids. what a way to spend a lazy sunday. when it was getting a bit dark jammma and i went back home. there were visitors!
my new friend earin came over to visit and she brought her friend mr greg. oh it's so exciting. i'm going to hang out talking with people before jammma shoos me off to bed.

not a bad day today. had a good sleep in with jammma. i'm so glad i talked her into staying longer. we have so much fun hanging out. we chatted for a bit this morning before getting up. dad made a super tasty breakfast time of blueberry pantakes. yummy. the forks were flying as everyone dove on the big plate. dad was lucky to get some. mom says- you snooze you loose.
after breakfast mom asked me if i wanted to stay and watch morning shows with jammma or go help do the grocery shopping. i voted for shopping. so we all got dressed and left jammma home for a bit of peace and quiet. i helped dad push the cart around aldi. today we walked really fast and mom had to keep running after us with her arms full of stuff. she was not too impressed. mom had to go slow because she forgot the shopping list at home. got the shopping done and paid for. mom and i left dad to bag it all up while we went to visit the fish and animals at the pet store.
i love going to the pet store. today i was laughing at the lizards. they were bobbing their heads looking at me. i just laughed and waved at them- hello lizards! all the fish were just swimming around. the tanks were different from last time. there was a spongebob tank set up with squidwarb's house and spongebob's pineapple. i asked mom where gary was since i didn't see him anywhere. spongebob and patrick were digging in the sand while a bunch of fish swam around. dad came in to collect us and off we went to sainsbury's.
nothing really exciting about sainsbury's. dad got told off for pushing the cart too fast again. he just laughed at mom and pushed it even faster. mom told me off for touching bottles of beer. she said if i knocked them off there would be a terrible mess and that would not be good. there was an old lady standing next to dad and she commented on how it's refreshing to hear a kid being corrected instead of being allowed to run crazy through the store doing whatever the hell they want. then she went off on one of those old people- kid's these days rants.
got the shopping done and took it all home. dad unpacked it and left for work. i've spent the whole day playing and having fun with jammma. i was a little miffed she made me take a nap but i did as i was told. i've eaten all my food. jammma and i are off now for a quick run in the park before dad gets home. fun fun.

 i paraded around the house this morning wearing jammma's shoes saying- i'm fancy, i'm fancy.
just a quick note before i shoot off to the park. today grdad and jammma are supposed to go back to derby. booo. mom and i have been talking about it for a few days and every time she mentions it i get super sad and start to cry. i like having visitors. so when grdad and jammma came to the house this morning mom asked jammma if she wanted to stay longer if her schedule allowed for it. jammma said- yes please! i don't have to work until september. awesome sauce! jammma is going to stay with us for a bit longer. happy day. ok, now i'm off to the park with grdad and jammma for a good run around before grdad has to leave.

i spent the whole day at the seaside. i had a wonderful time. grdad made us up a tasty picnic and then drove us to the beach. i got to run around like crazy and play in the sand. it was kind of windy and cold though but that's english summer time for ya.

check me out reclining and eating grapes, yeah i totally rule this place.
busy day today. i spent the morning fighting with mom. i punched her in the jaw this morning for no reason. that did not go over well. eventually i apologized and got my tv privileges back. i got told off for picking raisins out of my breakfast bar so i spite puked. mom had to strip my clothes off and clean up the huge mess. haha. i pooped twice and mom had to clean my potty. then i just sat on the couch and asked over and over when jammma and grdad were coming. every three minutes for 2.5hrs: where are jammma and grdad? when are they coming? what are they doing? when will they get here? when mom got growly with her answers i switched it up with- are you happy mommy? are you happy? finally jammma and grdad showed up.
jammma and i headed off to arts and crafts time at the lieberry. we left grdad in charge of making picnic snacks and mom goofing off on the computer. the lieberry was good. the theme this month is space. last week i made a rocket ship. today was alien masks. mine is green and has like a million eyes on it. i had lots of fun making it. jammma and i picked out a few books and then it was time to go.
got home and everything was ready for our picnic. so i'm just going to finish this and off we go. jammma, grdad and i are taking the train to the seaside for the day. awesome!

it's kind of a blah rainy day. jammma said that grdad is coming today. when when when? is he here yet? i keep asking her when grdad will get here. not much going on. i put on my rain coat and went for a stomp around town with jammma. i love jumping in puddles. more later jammma says i have to take one of my stupid naps.
grdad's here! i woke up from my nap and there he was. awesome. we've been hanging out doing guy stuff. i ate my dinner and grdad and jammma took me to the park so i could run around.
i've spent the evening doing a little bit of this and that. i did the park thing. i saw my dad, he and grdad went off to the pub after dinner to talk about big boy stuff. jammma took me out again and we ended up at the pub too. i got to stay up past my bedtime hanging out with the big boys, oh yeah. i'm too excited to sleep now.

 mom let me try taking my own picture today. usually i'm not allowed to touch her fancy camera.

not much to report about today. spent my day doing fun stuff with jammma. we like to go out and play, a lot. i ran around the cathedral for awhile. we went to a bunch of different parks. i got loads of fresh air and excersise.

sundays are looooooong days. today was pretty much just me running around for 14hrs while jammma followed behind. we spent most of our time today playing at the park. can't really complain about that.

ok today there was some excitement. i made a new friend, her name is earin. she works with my dad and she talks like my mom. i had a great time hanging out with her today.
when i got up this morning i thought it was just going to be your every day kind of saturday. dad made some breakfast, everyone ate. we all got dressed and hopped in the car for our grocery gathering trip. instead of going the usual way though dad turned. where are we? what's going on? we stopped outside a house and this chick hopped in our car. who are you? mom was all- this is earin, she's going to go shopping with us today. so i just sat in my seat and checked her out.
we went to aldi. i got in a cart and dad pushed me around. mom walked around with earin telling her about different english food. every time i saw them i shouted- hey, hey, come over here. you. when earin waved at me i laughed. after aldi we went to sainsbury's for more shopping. when the shopping was done we dropped earin off at her house again. i was a little sad. earin said not to worry as she would see me later.
got back to my house. dad sorted out the groceries. jammma and i went off to play in the park. had a great time at the park running around and playing.
jammma and i went home after a busy day of playing, who do i find sitting on the couch? earin and mom. awesome. i spent the rest of the day chatting with earin and showing her all my best toys. i even got a chance to talk on her phone to this guy named greg.
it's getting pretty late so jammma and i are going to go read bedtime stories.

mom caught me being cute with my penguins. there's a baby penguin sitting on the big penguin's lap helping to drive the car, just like how grdad lets me help drive his car.

jammma and i had a really fun night. we staid up late chatting and got up early. ok, i got up early and then chatted to myself until jammma got up. i am ready to go go go.
been doing fun stuff. jammma took me to the lieberry. we like hanging out there. wednesdays in august are free art and craft days. we got there first thing and picked a table. today we made rocketships. very cool stuff, my rocket turned out great. i glued the flames on myself. jammma and i also picked out some books to read. not a bad way to spend a rather rainy day. this is way more fun then helping mom plod around the grocery stores.
got home from playing outside and found mom had been out shopping. she found something cool at the charity shops. i got a red pillar postbox. the postbox then opens up to a big mailing station and i can pretend to be postmaster all day long. there are letters to sort and a million sticky stamps. i've got savingsbooks and fake money to deal with. i can renew driving licenses. it's pretty great.

ok, just a quick update before i get ready for bed. super exciting stuff. this morning was another groundhog day kind of day. you know, like the movie. mom says the big person saying is: same shit, different day. mom was all- we have to get ready to go out and i was all- no i want to stay home watching my shows. then because mom is bigger she always wins this disagreement. so i got dragged off to the stores.
got the shopping done. got home and because we left earlier than we usually do, all my favorite shows were still on. i guess mom is on to something with the- get it done early so it's done with line. so mom did her thing and i played and played and played. not a bad morning.
we did the usual afternoon things. i had lunch and took my nap. when i was done sleeping mom and i hung out playing some more. had a big dinner and went to the park with mom for my run around. i really enjoyed the park today and didn't want to leave when mom said- time to go. there were tears. mom sat with me on a bench and gave me hugs while i cried. we had a little chat. mom said there were no need for tears as i could come back to the park tomorrow. then she said it was important we go home because we needed to get dad's dinner cooked and the house tidied up because a surprise guest was coming. guest? who? who's coming to visit? mom asked me to name the person i would most like to see. i thought about it- UNCLE CHRIS! mom laughed and said, no uncle chris can't visit, he's gone home to canada. who else? DADDY! no, you see daddy every night. i don't know, who's coming? then mom leaned over and whispered- jammma.
my jammma is coming to visit me! that's all i've talked about for the past two hours. mom said i could stay up late and go with dad to collect her from the train station. awesome sauce. we're going to go get her right now. she thinks she is going to surprise me but i'm going to be the one surprising her.

monday monday same old thing. summer is soooooo long and boring. i've been reduced to watching the laundry spin around. also been watching a lot of ben and holly's magic kingdom and humph for tv. humph's life is kind of like mine so i can totally relate. he get stuck hanging out with his mom while his dad goes off to work. he plays with his toys and goes to the park just like me. he also gets roped into helping his mom do the shopping. this morning mom was all- time to get ready, we need to get the shopping done and i was all- i want to stay home and watch tv. go without me. mom said- no way.
mom and i stomped around town. we got a few things at the store and checked out the charity shops. nothing super exciting to report about that. mom is on another one of her- we've got too much stuff so we're not buying anything more trips.
ate my lunch and did the nap thing. mom and i went to the park after dinner. see, same stuff we do every day. blah blah blah. dad is late getting home. i'm just killing time until he shows up.

ok day today. got up and ate a big breakfast. i was pretty darn hungry. mom figured i would be since i totally refused to eat my dinner last night. she made me a big bowl of oatmeal with mushed banana. dad went off to the gym and mom bored me with do this or do that instructions. i ignored her and just did stuff i wanted. she had to do all the tidying up for me. i watched shows and played with toys until mom took them all away for mr hoover's visit.
dad came home from the gym and we all ate big lunches. i shared lunch with mom. she made a cheese salad(lettuce, tomato, extra red onions) sub because i told her i wanted 5 a day. i yelled at her for taking a bite out of my side of the sub. i also complained that my side seemed to be a little low on the salad part. i ended up picking lettuce and onion off the plate and eating those to make up the difference. i even stole some tomato off mom's when she was talking to dad.
after we were all fed mr hoover came and sucked up all the crumbs. he had a good lunch too. when all the chores were done mom got me dressed and the three of us went for a walk into town. i walked with dad and asked him a million questions while mom walked behind us. we went to this milkshake place. mmmmm milkshakes. i sat with dad and checked everything out while mom got the goods. it was rather loud in there so after mom got the shakes we walked over to the cathedral to suck them down. i had a bit of mom's- peanutbutter cup flavor, delicious. i also had a bit of dad's- black current flavor, also tasty. when the shakes were done i chased birds around the green. stupid birds.
i wanted to stay and chase birds with the other kids but mom said i had to go home for my nap. boo. i took my stupid nap. it was actually pretty good. i didn't want to get up when mom said it was time. eventually i got myself together and plopped down on the couch. mom did me some dinner which i ate up. after dinner we all went to the park for a quick run around. there were older kids in the little kid part being bad. they were riding their bikes on the swing safety bar. i couldn't go play because it was too dangerous. dad chased me around the grass instead.
now we're back home. i'm going to watch some pingu with dad before bedtime.
