happy candy day! i guess today is supposed to be a fun day of some kind. strangers give you candy if you knock on their door. mom has been trying to explain halloween to me but i don't get it. even if someone gave me candy the chances of me actually getting to eat it are slim. mom always confiscates my tasty treats.
didn't really do much today. it's been blah and rainy out. mom is grouchy and dad is grumpity. the clocks all say different things. i'm convinced it's time to eat but mom says- not for another hour. what the hell man. stupid time shift.

it's saturday. that can only mean one thing: banananaaana pantakes and shopping! dad made a huge pile of pantakes this morning and we ate them all up. i had two! they were so good. i like pantakes. after breakfast time we all got dressed and did the shopping. i helped dad push the cart around aldi while mom filled the cart with a million things. after we bought one of everything in aldi mom took me to the pet shop next door while dad packed the bags into the car. hello fishes! there were loads of fishes and today they had swimming frogs too. i like visiting the fish. they just swim around.
after the pet store we went to sainsbury and walked around there too. mom got even more things. nothing really exciting happed in sainsbury. mom got me some jello pots.
got home and dad unpacked all the shopping. he went off to work. mom and i went for a walk around town and bought even more stuff in tesco. mom says phew, now our house is properly restocked. town was stupidly busy so mom and i didn't stay long. we stopped and watched a band play. there was a big band with drums and bagpipes making noise. they were really loud. i put some money in their bucket. how does this work? does the money make them stop or play longer? mom says the money goes to help other people who aren't lucky enough to find 10p on the floor in tesco. oh, ok.

not  much going on today. it's kind of grey and windy out. i got up and said good bye to dad before he left for the gym. mom and i just spent the morning hanging out. spongebob is on. mom finally got herself together enough to take me out. we ran around outside for a bit getting the chores done. i didn't really want to go. i was perfectly happy playing with my toys. but whatever.
went to a few shops. got some milk. stopped at the veg stand so mom could get potatoes. mom took me in a few charity shops. i one store i found this cool toy i saw on tv. i saw the commercial the other day and told mom- buy that for me. mom was all- um no. we don't buy things just to buy things and we definitely don't buy things unless we find them in the charity shop. fair enough. but today in the shop there was the cool toy and i showed it to mom- buy this please. she hummed and hawed for a bit but in the end she bought the thing for me. i know have my very own BOP-IT. i don't know what it does, but i like it.
got home and just hung out playing with my bop-it. mom and i had lunch. i took my nap. i had a good nap. mom walked me up and said we had to go to the post office. ok. so off we went.
at the post office mom mailed her thing. town was busy. there were so many people, cars and buses. i didn't know where to look. who knew the city was so busy in the afternoon.
dad probably won't be home until late so it's just me and mom doing stuff. ben and holly are on. that should keep me busy for awhile.

another day of just hanging out with mom.

i woke up this morning to find that dana bunny and gdad had left. that was kind of sad. i had fun visiting with them.
not a whole lot going on. mom and i hung out most of the day. we went for a walk around town, nothing really new there. i played with my toys. usual kind of stuff.

today is my last day with dana and g-dad for awhile. they have to go back to america early tomorrow morning. of course today is supposed to be rainy and yucky. hooof.

today i went on another all day adventure. phew. i got up early with my dad at 6am. mom made me some breakfast time. i woke up dana bunny and gdad so they could get ready for the day. everyone scurried around the house. dad went to work. i went to the train station with mom, dana and gdad. today's train stopped right outside my window so we didn't have far to walk. we took the train to salisbury.
i like riding the train. i sat in my seat and just looked out the window. i watched the countryside go by. there were a lot of pheasants out today and deer. i saw deer. when i wasn't looking out the window i was asking mom to take me to the potty. i must have peed like 10times during the trip. i really just wanted to flush and push buttons for water and soap.
got to salisbury and mom marched us through town. we saw a couple old buildings and big churches. we picked up some snacks in a bakery. i got to pee in the kids library because- i had to pee again. i saw some ducks and swans in the river. after some general confusion we finally found the bus stop which is really what we were after. dana bought some bus tickets and we got on this big red bus. i wanted to ride on the top deck so we went upstairs. there were already some people sitting in the front seats so mom took me all the way to the back, that was just one giant seat. that was pretty cool.
i watched out the window while the bus took us through town and into the countryside. a recorded man came over the loudspeaker and said a bunch of stuff about this is this and that is that. i asked mom where we were going and she said- to see a bunch of stones in a field. the bus finally stopped and what did we see? a bunch of stones in a field. um, ok. 100's of people were milling about looking at stones. i wanted to go touch the stones but mom wouldn't let me.

i walked around in the field with mom, dana and gdad looking at stones. mom took a million pictures. i guess these are important stones.
after we were done looking at rocks we went to the gift shop. dana and gdad looked around for things to buy. mom found a sample tray and i got to taste lemon curd and elderberry chutney. both were tasty. we got out of the shop just in time to catch the bus back to town, whoo-hoo. on the bus ride back mom fed me peanut butter samiches. awesome!
back in town we found a little park to eat snacks in. the big people had their bakery treats and i got crackers. there was a little playground and i got to run around with some local kids for a bit before we went off on our next adventure.
we walked through town and visited an old church. it was only small so we didn't stay long. there was some kind of important painting to look at. i just sat on a bench and sang songs to myself.
after some more walking we ended up at a huge church- salisbury cathedral. it's got a big pointy tower and loads of little stone men on the front. we went inside to look around. some lad came over and asked mom if we wanted a free tour. mom said: sure, why not. so we ended up following this lady around the building for like 2hrs while she went: this is this and that is that. blah blah blah. the coolest part of the talk was when she showed us this clock from like the 1400's. i tried to touch it. i climbed under the ropes and was going for it before mom snagged me and dragged me back. no touching the old stuff. humph.
at the end of the tour mom made me look at this grey piece of paper locked in a case full of weird scribbles. she said it was some kind of important historical document, magma caters. whatever. we just had a quick look. mom took me outside to run around the cloisters while everyone else. finished the tour.

today was a lazy day. yesterday we stomped all over bath, today we rest. i did go out with mom and dana bunny for a short walk around town. mom and i showed dana the charity shops. we even found some cool stuff to buy. in one shop there was a little boy about my age shopping with his mom too. he was sitting in a buggy though. i went over to check him out. i pulled mom over and said to her in a loud voice- look at the big baby in the pushchair! she hurried me away before i could say any more. mom says i shouldn't taunt other kids.
at the shops dana got me some musical drumsticks. they play music and make drum sounds when you tap them on things. dad is going to be thrilled. mom got me a huge bag full of train tracks. i am going to have so much fun today playing trains. tomorrow i am off on another adventure.

today we went to bath spa. it was kind of cold. i was very cold. mom made me march around the whole town while some guy told boring stories. i kept saying- i want to go home. i'm having a rough time. i want to go home. my pants kept falling down. stupid gravity.
after my forced march i got to have lunch. i felt a little better after that. mom gave me some peanut butter samiches out of her bag and i got some chips off her lunch plate. i got to eat in a pub. i like going to pubs so that was fun. and it was warm, even better.
after lunch i got dragged off to the roman baths. green smelly water does not sound like a good bath. i was kind of bored until we got down to the bottom- there were drains and water falls best of all was a display on how the romans used pulleys to move blocks. i got to pull on lines and big blocks went up and down. i could have done that all day. i also found a pound on the ground. lucky me.
probably the best part of the day was riding on the train. i like going for train rides.

another boring tour around exeter following the guys in red coats. bleh. i'm going to sit down and try not to fall asleep while some old guy drones on and on about the romans. what have the romans ever done for us?

i'm going on an adventure today. dana bunny, gdad, mom and i are catching a bus and going to plymouth. i hope there is a top deck. i like sitting on the top deck.
i'm back from my big adventure. plymouth was very good. i was very good. i had a great day. i got to ride on the top deck of the bus. gdad and i had the front seat. i could see everything. the bus ride was fun. i watched the countryside go by.

it's sunday. i haven't gotten much to report yet. so far the only exciting stuff i've done is go out in the courtyard. i kicked my ball around while gdad and dana watched me. it was ok. i got to run around but my pants kept falling down. i think later if i go out, i will switch pants.

for fun today i got dragged along on a boring history walk. so boring. i kept trying to wander off. i drank a lot of juicy and needed to pee so mom and i had to keep finding bathrooms. the history tour went from the cathedral to the quay. this lady in a red jacket led us around and told stories about exeter. i wasn't really interested. dana and gdad paid attention though. the quay was pretty good. what's not to like about walking next to the water?
the tour was pretty long and mom discovered it was lunch time. oh food. yes, time for food. mom said she knew of a place and we should all follow her. ok, mom. i saw a bunch of birds playing in the water while we walked along. there was lots of honking.
got to the restaurant. i sat in a big chair. mom ordered me a big fruit smoothie to drink. oh baby. i love smoothies. i tried to suck it all down in one go but mom kept making me slow down. everyone ordered food and we sat and ate. the food was yummy. i got garlic balls and french fries. mom knows what i like. the garlic balls were a huge hit. i liked the fries and they were nice but i was more interested in sucking the ketchup off of them. since we ate lunch kind of late, it was nap time already by the time we left the restaurant. no nap for me!
mom led us all back into town. on the way we stopped to see the house that moved and the steep hill. dana took some pictures. i examined the drains. everyone was happy. town was stupid busy. mom took us to marks and spencers to buy fancy salad dressing. the dressing rang up wrong and mom made a big embarrassing scene. the old guy behind us got annoyed but mom didn't care. after mom argued with two store people, we finally got some salad dressing and left. i went home with dana and gdad while mom got milk.
home now and time's time to play a bit before dinner. i'm not sure about dana bunny so i'm going to take all the blankies and pillows from her. i don't want her touching my stuff.

PLAYGROUP!
dana bunny and gdad are still here. mom says they are going to be staying for awhile. i guess that is ok. gdad is cool but i'm not so sure about dana bunny. she is a little too much like my mom.
today for fun mom said we could go to playgroup. awesome! i love playgroup. dana bunny came with us. i ran around and had a great time. today i was all about playing in the pretend house.

not much going on. i'm busy watching my shows and playing with the toys. mom is scurrying around the house tidying and cleaning stuff. she keeps telling me off for pulling the couch apart. so far i've pulled the blanket and pillows off 4 times and mom has had to put them back each time. why? i don't know, i'm only going to pull them off again. fishy and i are having fun making tunnels and nests. not sure what i'm going to do today. dad went off to work, mom seems busy doing housework. guess i will just play with my trucks.
you won't believe who showed up at lunch time. the front door opened and dad walked in. daddy's home! he's never home at lunch time during the week. behind him dana bunny and gdad walked in. oh my god. what a super surprise. i guess i will be doing more than playing with my trucks. this is so exciting.

blah blah blah. mom says we have a busy day of cleaning and  getting the house ready for visitors. whatever. i'm just going to ignore her and play with my toys. erin brought mom a huge bag of giant cooking apples yesterday. mom made something called apple bread. i got to try some, it's alright.

this moring was soooo boring. my nose is kind of runny and i'm still a little grouchy. i don't really feel like doing anything but be whiny at mom. i am sad jammma left. i wanted to go back to radio derby with her. so i just spent the morning asking to go back to radio derby.
mom eventually managed to talk me into going for a walk around town. i took my camera with me. i took a couple pictures. i saw a huge spider web with a big fat spider sitting in the middle. i thought that would be a good picture. i also took a picture of the vegstand. the walk kind of cheered me up. went home with mom after we had gotten a few things at the grocery store.
had the usual peanut butter and jelly samich for lunchtime. always good. after lunch i just kind of played. i didn't give mom any trouble at nap time. i got right in bed and curled up with blueberry. when mom said it was time to get up i didn't want to. i staid in bed until almost 5pm. doh!
mom made dinner and i ate it up. all that rest made me super hungry. i had just finished eating when there was a knock on the door. who's that? i bet it's dad. it's dad isn't it. mom opened the door and in walked erin. oh my god, what a surprised. erin came to visit with me. erin is so silly. we had a great time rolling around on the floor doing tickle fights. there was lots of laughing and running around the house. having visitors has cheered me right up.

today i am disgruntled. i woke up and was rather annoyed greg and erin were not around to talk too. then mom got on my last nerve with her never ending- flash lights are not toys they are tools bullshit. she took my flashlight away. i just wanted to open it up and see what was inside. so the bulb fell out, i can fix that. mom took it away and hid it so i went and told jammma my troubles. jammma was all- what the heck? it's 7am i'm still sleeping. rough start to the morning.
got some food in and watched some morning shows. jammma has been letting me play with her phone. i've taken a load of pictures and been playing the ringtone. if there's something strange in your neighborhood. who are you going to call? goat musters. it's sunny out so far. jammma and i went out for a nice walk around town. we did some recycling. we looked in some shops, you know the usual stuff.
i am kind of sad today because jammma has to leave later. it's just going to be me and my mean old mom.
jammma left and i am super sad. i only cried a little, now i'm just mopey. i wanted to go with jammma.

oh look- rain. it's fall in england. nothing but rain for weeks on end. mom says the sun might come out for a bit later, we'll see. so far this morning, i've had a bowl of cornflakes. i'm just hanging out playing with my friends. today croc and i are wrestling and playing hide and seek. i'm getting ready to get in my tent for a camping adventure.
well today turned out pretty well. the sun eventually came out. jammma and i went off to find ducks to throw bread at. we had a nice walk. got home just in time for dinner. while i was eating the door buzzer went off. who's that? daddy? it's probably just daddy. next thing i know in walk greg and erin. oh what a surprise. i chatted with them a little bit before jammma shoooed me off for story time.
going to get my stories in and then it's bed time. good sunday.

hey, the sun came out. jammma and i are off on a super secret adventure. she wouldn't tell me where we are going but a picnic is involved.
oh man just got home. jammma and i had sooo much fun today. we left the house and set out for a walk. jammma took me to the train station. train station? where are we going? train ride? train ride? yes! jammma bought a train ticket for us to go to the seaside. awesome sauce. we had to wait a long time for a train because of a delay. that's alright. i like hanging out at the train station, so much new stuff to look at.
the train finally came and we got on. i sat in my seat and watched the countryside roll by. train rides are fun. got to the seaside and walked around with jammma. there were some people banging on drums. i guess it was drum banging day at the seaside. jammma said something about a samba fest. does two groups of people banging drums equal a fest? i guess in england it does. the seaside was great. jammma and i did the usual things. i had a quick splash in the water and played in the sand a bit. i got to run around the playground. the sun was out and it was a nice day for having fun.
for something different jammma and i took the bus home. did you know that buses have stairs? what the heck. i don't even have stairs in my house. jammma and i took the stairs and rode on the top level of the bus- right in the front seats. you can see so much cool stuff from up there. got home and now it's time for dinner. i'm starving.

another rainy day but guess what: PLAYGROUP! jammma and i are off to the big playgroup across town. i told mom i was going to drive the cars today. she said- are you going to share? yes mommy, i will share. bye bye.
