this morning mom took me out with buggy. she put my leash on and i got to walk down the hall. she let me walk around on the sidewalk. cars were zooming by. mom was pushing buggy really fast and kept telling me to keep up. hurry up, come on let's go. but i want to stop and poke things. look there's a puddle that needs to be jumped in. no time for that stuff. double quick let's walk now! so we humped it as far as the park entrance before my little legs were worn out and i needed to sit in buggy.
mom said since i did a good job walking, i could have a cookie. some lady heard her say 'here have a cookie' and her head spun around and gave mom a dirty look. yeah my mom gives me cookies for treats, so what. what that lady doesn't know and what i haven't realized yet is my cookies are really organic apple flavored rice cakes. so i was eating my cookie and was all like- shesh mom, what's the rush? why did we practically run here and then it happened- rain and lots of it.
lucky for me buggy has a rain cover. i staid nice and dry, mom not so much. through the driving rain mom managed to find her way to the stores and we got the shopping done.
it rained all day long. lots and lots of rain. mom and i played with my friends and we watched tv. i had a couple naps too.
i'm feeling better than i was earlier in the week. i'm eating more than i was. i'm still not impressed with mom's food offerings though. she tried to make me eat some weird turkey sweet potato carrot sweede mush for dinner. blah. i told her where she could stick that shit.
dad got home a little while ago. i'm going to hang out with him before bed. yeah for dad.
