today it's been all play play play. i've been having fun with my dad.
mom sent me and dad off to the park this morning. we went to the park with lanes so i could ride my bike. i had fun riding around while my dad followed behind me.
we had a nice long play at the park before going home to see mom. it was lunch time so dad made me peanut butter and banana samiches. they are great.
after lunch dad and i did work on the car. we cleaned the inside. little hand hoover helped. there was lots of stuff to vacuum up: sand, leaves, pieces of paper. stuff like that.
when the car was done we went back in the house to bother mom, i mean- play video games! i spent a lot of time playing different games today. it's been good fun. dad has played a few with me. mom has been busy in the kitchen making food. there's a lot of food.

it's saturday! i had some crunchie pillows for breakfast time. mom and dad ate their food and we all got ready to go out. mom and i drove dad to work. bye dad, see you later.
mom was all- we've got chores to do. blah blah blah. so mom drove us around town. first we filled up the car with gas. then mom drove us across town to the new gainesville fleamarket. i've never been there before and neither has mom. we went to just check it out since it's new. there wasn't much at the fleamarket really. just some dusty records and dirty old bottles. we went to one table that was full of skateboard parts and girl toys. mom poked around a little. she explained the different skateboard things to me. she picked through the toys and found a vtech game system. there was lots of hemming and hawing. mom really doesn't want me to have a game system. but the vtech only plays educational games, so that's kind of ok. the guy in charge of the table came over and mom asked him how much he wanted for the game- $20. mom thought another minute and then pulled out some money to pay for the game- fucking awesome! i got a game system, with GAMES!
they're kind of girly games but i still get to play them.
mom and i went back to the car and then it was off to walmart which was just down the street. i walked around with mom. we got a few things like batteries. mom made me try on new shoes. there were a couple choices. mom decided i should get the nice blue trainers. awesome.
mom paid for the things and it was back in the car for us. mom drove us home. lunch was eaten. yeah for lunch. mom set up my game system. she said i could play but i had to be quiet because she wasn't feeling well.
mom is feeling a bit sick. oh well. i feel fine, so i'm going to sit and have fun.
and that's been my day. i've had a great time playing games and kind of learning stuff. dad called to say his bus never came so mom and i are going to go pick him up, and pizza!

mom and i went to the park this morning. i ran around and around. mom chased me. we kicked the football down the field. i scored goals and mom tried to steal the ball. after i had a good run i went and did the slide at the playground. there was another boy there with him mom. i kind of played with the little boy- brodie. he was smaller than me. brodie kept following me around and trying to do the same things as me. we kicked the ball back and forth a bit. it was kind of fun. i showed off a bit sliding down the pole. i kept telling everyone- hey,watch me! and then when everyone was watching me, i went down the pole.
at noon, it was time to go. brodie didn't want to go. he gave his mom a hard time. i just followed my mom to the car. i know when mom says it's time to go, it's time to go. got home and mom made me samiches. good thing too because i was hungry. the doorbell buzzed and mom let the repair man in. what's going on?
the repair man came to fix our kitchen sink issues according to mom. i wanted to get in there so bad but mom said i could only stand by the fridge and watch. the repair man worked away and did his best to fix our leaky garbage eater and grouchy dishwasher. it only took a little while and the repair work was done.
the repair man left and mom went to work in the kitchen making soup. i got to watch back to the future. that's my kind of day. i'm so eating orange soup later.

today is my first day back to the same old same old. mom says the holidays are over it's time to do our usual things again.
i got up this morning. i spent a little time with dad before he went off to work. mom made me a bowl of toucan cheerios. awesome. they're just a special treat. mom says i shouldn't like them too much. when the box is gone it's back to crunchie pillows. fine.
i got to watch my morning tv in peace. mom put on pbskids for me. i didn't have to fight with dana bunny for the control. dana bunny doesn't like curious george but i do. there was a lot of 'i don't like this show' but now the visitors are gone and i can watch what i like. ha
mom puttered around the house. she says there is a to do list a mile long. i only had a few minutes to chat on skype with jammmma and grdad before mom rushed me out the door. mom is all go go go.
this morning we took a bunch of laundry to get cleaned. blueberry was feeling a bit stinky so he went too. mom set up the laundry machines and i pushed the money in. we left the laundry to get clean. mom took me to the park for a bit of football.
we had the whole park to ourselves. mom said all the kids have gone back to school. i ran around and kicked the ball. mom chased me. it was very silly. mom running makes me laugh. after i had enough running i went on the slides for a bit. i had fun sending my football down the slide and watching it shoot out the end. that was cool.
mom said it was time to leave the park and put the wet things in the dryer. ok. so it was back to the laundry room. mom moved all the wet sheets and blankets to the dryers. i pushed the money in and started the machines. blueberry and the rest of the blankets are going to get dry now.
our next project was to get the grocery shopping done. mom drove us to the store and pulled out her list. i sat in the cart while mom pushed me around getting things on her list. i think we got a few things not on the list too. we ended up with a cart load of stuff. mom paid and it was back in the car for us.
on the way home we stopped and picked up the laundry from the dyers. everything was done. i found blueberry and gave him a big hug. he smells way better now. mom let me check the mail- there was no mail. oh well.
got home and mom sorted out the groceries and clean stuff. she then had time to make me 2 peanut butter and jelly samiches. i ate them up. all the running in the park made me hungry.
now all the big chores are done for the day it's just relaxing time. i'm going to watch some peppa pig and play with my learning games.

today is my mom's birthday. happy birthday mom! let's eat cake.
it's kind of a sad day though. today mom and i had to drive dana bunny and gdad back to st augustine. boo. i had a really great time visiting with them. now i'm going to be stuck just hanging out with my mom again. so this morning the car was loaded up with all of dana and gdad's stuff. we all piled in and mom drove us.
the car ride was ok. i just sat in the back with gdad and blueberry. we got to st augustine and mom found a parking space right where we needed to be. she and gdad went and got trolleys.
everything was taken out of the car and put in the trolleys. i went with dana for a bathroom break while mom and gdad did all the loading out. when i came back it was time for good byes. i gave out some hugs and see you laters. dana says they will stop and visit again for a few days in the spring. ok, that's not too far away.
mom and i walked them to the docks and that was it. bye dana and gdad, see you later. on the way back to the car. mom and i stopped in the shop and got a can of soda and a bay of m+m's. awesome! mom got the can of soda and i got to eat the m+m's.
mom drove us back to gainesville. it was pretty uneventful. i ate all my m+m's and then fell asleep with blueberry. i woke up just as we were driving past the airport. mom was all- we're almost home. get up get up get up. please stop talking lady, i'm up.
got home and now it's just hanging out with mom time. there's going to be cake later!

we get to keep dana bunny and gdad one more day. they were going to leave this morning but the weather man says it's going to be stupid cold tonight. gdad is all- i'm not trying to freeze to death. so we're all just going to have one last day of shopping and laundry washing. fun fun.

today we're celebrating my mom's birthday. cake is in the oven. whoo-hoo! I LOVE CAKE! it's not really mom's birthday for another few days but dana and gdad have to leave tomorrow. they want cake. word is there's going to be pizza for dinner too.
so there's been cake making and dish washing. i went out for a bit to run around earlier.
today is my last day of hanging out with dad. he has to go back to work tomorrow. booo.

today is the first day of 2012. happy new year everyone. my dad is home from work so the two of us are going to hang out doing science guy stuff. everyone else is going to eat snacks and watch american style football.
