so my mom and dad spent the morning running around the house putting things into bags and talking about leaving. they went out for a bit to gather food things and came back. i watched as bag after bag went into the car. i gathered blueberry close to me and told dad- parking garage, parking garage. mom sat down with me and told me that she and dad were going back home but i could stay and visit with mommom and grdad. blankie blueberry and the parking garage could stay with me. ok, ok then. bye mom, bye dad. i gave out some hugs and big kisses then waved them off when they left.
uncle tom came over and he spun pennies for me. spin, spin, spin. he tried that silly old trick of pretending to find pennies behind my ear. stop fooling uncle tom, just spin pennies!
grdad was at work so i spent most of the day doing stuff with mommom. when grdad came home we all went down the street to visit with aunty amy, uncle tom and baby eleanor. i wonder how long she is going to be visiting. she's always following uncle tom or aunty amy around.
oh yeah, i charmed an old lady today. mommom and i went out and did some food gathering for one of the old ladies in the neighborhood. when we delivered her bag of treats she was so impressed that i helped i got a tip. she gave me two chocolate bars. awesome. but then mommom gave the chocolate bars to my mom to hold, not awesome. mom is totally going to eat them and not share.
