today has been an alright kind of day. i woke up a little needy and mom woke up a little grumpity. the first few hours of morning time were bumpy but we got it worked out. ate my usual breakfast of mush with a banananna. dad went off to work.
it's a grey rainy monday so mom got me dressed in my raincoat and puddle jumping boots. we walked around town and hit the charity shops. not a whole lot to see. mom did find me a couple of cool books in the heart shop. hit the grocery store on the way home and mom got stuff for dad's dinner.
watched some spongebob while i ate lunch. today i wanted peanut butter and jelly so mom made me that. it was delicious. spent some time playing with my trucks and going over my new stories. the new books are really cool.
i wasn't really interested in doing naptime but mom insisted. mom woke me up and i was still tired. she took my diaper off and said- hey, this is pretty dry considering all the juice you've had today. go use the potty. mooooom. i want my diaper back on. so i whined at her but mom wouldn't budge. i had to pee in the potty before i got my diaper back. i peed loads, standing up over the potty. it all went in. i am really into peeing standing up right now. i do a good job. i did the pee and got my diaper back. mom also hooked me up with some dried apricot for a special treat.
mom spent the afternoon making tasty things. she cooked loads of stuff. i just watched spongebob. i watch a lot of spongebob. i hope mom gets me a new dvd player soon so i can go back to watching my movies too.
ate dinner and watched my night time shows. when super why was done i asked mom if i could watch pingu in dad's room. she said, ok. so that's what i'm doing. going to spend the rest of my night watching pingu and drinking milk.
