i thought last sunday was great but today was the best day ever. i had so much fun with my mom and dad. this morning mom got me dressed and we went to the park. i walked all the way there. from my door, down the street and up the hill to the war memorial. i poked some flowers.
mom took me to the shops. stores weren't open yet so she let me walk around the new shopping area. one store had a star on the door so i busted out my twinkle signs. i rattled all the shop doors i could. it was fun to watch the people inside jerk around to see who was at the door.
helped mom with the shopping. i was pretty worn out with all the walking so i had a nap. i was rudely awoken a short time later when dad picked me up- what's going on here? the lift is out, we have to take the stairs. oh man. i was having the really good dream when me and monkey figure out how to get the ice cream from the freezer.
mom stuffed me full of weird mush for lunch. dad put all my toys away while mom did laundry things. mr hoover came for a visit and i hid in the bedroom with mom. i don't like mr hoover. when all the stupid house work stuff was done, mom put my shoes on and we all went out.
i walked pretty much all the way to dad's work. i walked up a huge hill- it's really freaken big. we walked all over the campus until we found this really great grass to play in. dad and i just ran around all over the place while mom watched. there were some hills and dad showed me how to roll down them. i got covered in grass. i laughed and picked some flowers too.
and that wasn't even the best part. on the way home we stopped at a pub and ate dinner! i had fishfingers, chips and beans. i liked the beans best, fishfingers were ok, i had one and dad ate the rest. i only ate part of a chip- not my kind of thing.
i got crayons and a picture to color too. i had loads of fun.
when i got home dad tossed me in the bath and helped me splash. what a day!
i'm going to get my jammies on and go to bed now. i'm beat.
