sunday means daddy day. whoo-hoo. i had a great time hanging out with dad today. i helped him do chores. i followed him around when he was pushing mr hoover about. i pointed out things for mr hoover to suck up. we sat and watched shows together. i showed him some of my favorite stories. i helped with the laundry. i followed dad around like i follow my gram around. if he was going some place, i went with him. i was such a good boy and so helpful that dad invited me to go meet his fish friends. oh man oh man oh man. since it was a guy only day, we even left mom behind. just me and dad went to visit the fishes. it was awesome. i saw all the fish that dad works with and got to look around where he spends all his time when he's not hanging out with me. when we were done visiting the fishes dad took me for a walk around the school grounds. i went up and down hills all afternoon.
when we were done at school dad took me home and we hung out with mom. it was ok. i ate some food and got a little fussy. dad helped me have a splash in the bath and mom got me ready for bed. so now i'm all ready for quiet time before bed. phew what a day.
