it's me and gram doing fun stuff day. we've been up to all kinds of things. we played at the park for awhile. mom said that there was something cool going on at the cathedral and we should check it out, so we went there.
oh my god. where do i start? there was a wild life fest going on. i met a hedgehog and got to pet him- pokey but soft too. i saw a pig. there were big fierce looking birds, mom said she saw one eat a baby chick- whole. there was a guy telling stories. gram and i sat and listened to him tell a few, they were really good. neatest things of all was- there was a tent to build bird houses. gram helped me use the hammer, even though i told her i could do it on my own. but i got to hammer nails into wood and i made my very first bird house. gram says that she is going to put it in her yard so the birds there can use it. so i went to the cathedral green and learned all about the local wild life. i made a bird house. i got some stickers and flags. what a cool thing. oh oh and some guy from the news station filmed me making my bird house too, he filmed a lot of people doing things.
gram and i went home and i told mom all about what i did. i saw her at the green but she just took pictures of the birds and went shopping. mom was impressed. i ate some lunch. i'm supposed to be having a nap but i think i'm just going to play with my toys instead.
