got up this morning and it's still raining. booo. mom said it wasn't so much rain as a very heavy mist. whatever it is, it's not very nice out. mom said- screw the weather, let's go find some muddy puddles to jump in! awesome. i love muddy puddle jumping. so mom and i got dressed for the rain and went outside. i jumped in all the muddy puddles. i made big splashes and laughed. mom and i walked into town. i jumped in puddles. eventually we ended up at a place i hadn't been in awhile- dinky's. oh cool. that's the perfect place to hang out on a grey wet day. i guess lots of people feel the same way, the place was packed full of loud kids. i didn't let that bother me. i got right in the ball pit and played. i even went down the slide a few times. mom let me hang out at dinky's for a super long time. i was having lots of fun but in the end we had to go home, it was lunch time. i had a big steaming bowl of mom's rattailstewie, with turkey and garlic bread chunks. oh it was good. so i had a fun morning and a huge warm bowl of food. i'm going to get my blankies and curl up for a little nap.
