walked around town with mom this morning. we left buggy at home. mom said since we didn't have anything better to do, we could hit the charity shops. we walked all the way down the street to the last charity shop, the one for sick kidneys. mom said i could check the toy bin while she looked for good stories. there was a lady already looking in the bin, mom said it would be ok if i went and looked too. she told me to see if there was a pete in there. the lady said- you're looking for pete? what's a pete? so mom told her- just a little stuffed penguin. and the lady goes- a stuffed penguin? you mean like this one? and she pulled out a pete and gave it to me. oh i was so happy. i smiled at her and mom told her thank you. we finally found a pete. i showed him to the counter lady and mom paid for him.
mom and i left the store with pete and walked around some more. we visited the crazy fruit/veg stand ladies and bought strawberries. we went to a few more charity shops and then home. mom made me a big lunch. i watched some shows and then it was time to go to class. having afternoon class is so weird. i was just thinking about a nap and mom was all- get your shoes and stand by the door, we've got to go.
went to class and it was good. some new kids in there today and a different teacher. abey is busy with school so we had sonia today. she seems nice. we sang songs and played a whole bunch of instruments. we had maracas, bells, drums and castanets. mom said i did a great job playing along. at the end there were bubbles. i love bubbles.
mom took me home and i had a little nap. now it's afternoon time and we're going out for a short walk. i can't wait until dad gets home.
