FISHES! mom and dad decided that for family fun day we should go to the aquarium. first we had to do the usual sunday morning chores. all my toys got picked up and mr hoover came to suck up the crumbs on the floor. everyone ate lunch and we got ready to go out.
dad drove us in the car. it was kind of a long boring ride so i had a little sleep. when i woke up we were there. fishes to my right, fishes to my left. big fishes, small fishes even fishes over my head. there were loads of fishes and other things that live in the sea. i had so much fun. there was a big tank and divers were in there giving the fishes a snack. that was cool. there was another big tank with a crashed airplane in it and two big sharks swam around- inches from my face.
after visiting with the fishes dad said that he was hungry and mom said- i saw a nando's when we drove in. and dad was all- nando's? nando's? nom nom nom. so we had a short walk over to nando's and sat down to eat. the waitress sat us in the people with kids section. i got some colored pencils and a little activity sheet. i sat nicely and colored the other kids in the area did not. there was lots of running around and screaming some people just don't know how to act in a restaurant. mom let me have a couple chips i insisted that she put them in the dip on her plate before i would eat them. oh baby, kind of spicy but very good. garlic peri peri sauce, i'd eat that again.
after late lunch/early dinner it was time to go home. i fell asleep again in the car. what else are you going to do on a long boring ride? mom says i have to eat dinner soon and then it's splash in the bath time so i better be off.
