mom and i got up and went for a walk around town. we went to boots and picked up a bag of those cheese crackers for little kids. interesting as in totally not something we normally do. we stopped by the vegstand but mom didn't see anything she wanted to buy. mom kept looking at her watch and then suggesting random things to do. we ended up walking around and visiting a few charity shops we don't usually go to. mom found some books in one and bought them. while we were walking back towards the center of town mom said- how about we go to playgroup? PLAYGROUP! hell yes. playgroup, playgroup, playgroup. man i love playgroup. today it was already set up when we got there. i jumped right in one of the big red cars and drove it around. i played a long time with the trains. since it was kind of sunny out they had the door for the courtyard opened. mom and i went outside to check it out. i ran around with some of the other boys. it was ok. i spent a little time in the play house making dinner- like mommy does, like mommy does. mom was all- yes, mom cooks dinner. someday i'll teach you how to do it too and you can impress the ladies. people started leaving. little kids were getting their coats on and sitting down in their buggies. mom said it was time for us to go do other stuff to. but but but, playgroup. and i started to sniffle a little. mom was all- how about some cheese crackers? cheese crackers? hell yes! so i got my coat on and followed mom out into the street. cheese crackers, cheese crackers. whoo-hoo. i am loving cheese crackers. mom and i stopped by the vegstand again and this time they had things mom wanted. she got some bananas and buttered nut squash, which sounds kind of kinky and painful when you think about it.
mom and i went home. i ate my lunch and watched spongebob. mom and i played with toys and then it was nap time. stupid nap time. blah. i gave mom a hard time but eventually took my dumb nap.
didn't do much with the rest of the day. mom and i just kind of hung out. chiggly is on soon and i'm just waiting for dad to get home so we can watch it together.
