today has gone remarkably well for a monday. dad went off to work. mom and i hung out doing morning things. we got dressed and walked around town. mom and i went to the charity shops first. we walked around and looked at stuff. mom found something to buy for my arts and crafts stash. i took it up to the counter and told the lady- buy please. she told me how much it was, 39p- 25p? 25p, 25p. i dug around in my pocket looking for money. mom ended up paying for it since it really wasn't 25p, it was 39p. i just have a weird habit of thinking everything costs 25p. it was only after we left the store i found my money- 2p. mittens make finding pocket money hard. in another shop i found a misses pete in the 10p bin. misses pete is pete's mom. my mom said i could buy it so she gave me 10p and i took misses pete up to the counter. the girl said- oh very nice, 10p please. and so i pushed my 10p across the counter to her. the money dropped in the drawer and i got my receipt. i stuck misses pete in my pocket and off mom and i went. we did the grocery shopping and got stuff we needed.
got home and mom made me some lunch. i played with my toys for awhile. mom said i had to do nap time, no excuses. so i got blueberry and pete. i read pete a quick story and we all had a good nap.
afternoon time now. mom asked if i wanted to go out again and walk around, no. i'm happy enough popping bubble wrap and playing cars.
