monday run-day. just the usual kind of day. mom and i walked around town doing the shops. we went to see the veglady but she wasn't there. i got a little upset about that. mom was all- it's cool. during the summer they usually take monday's off, no big deal. but it is a big deal. there's something different with my routine. i'm having a cry about it day. i'm getting upset and crying about all kinds of little random things. mom says it's because i didn't get enough sleep last night. more sleep is mom's general cure for everything.
mom found a few things in the shops. i got a few new shirts and a pair of swim trunks. mom says you can never have enough swim trunks when you go to the seaside. mom also got a couple books. that's it really. i had fun chatting with the different shop ladies. i told them how i was dressed like my grdad today and he lives in derby.
got home and mom made me some lunch. i had my nap and yes, i felt better when i got up. stupid mom, always right.
ate dinner. it was good. i told mom that jammma made it, made it for me to eat. mom was all- oh really. mom said since i was pretty good today we could go to the park. awesome! we took my bubble juice and mom called dad to tell him where we would be. i ran around the park and had a great time. i instructed mom on how to blow bubbles. you take the blower, take a deep breath and then blow. bubbles float away. simple. i didn't let mom blow any bubble though. i blow the bubbles! dad came and i showed him how to blow the bubbles. i was a little sad when it was time to go home since i wanted to stay and go on the roundyround. but mom was all- we've got to go make dad's dinner and call grdad and jammma. oh, ok.
mom put dad's dinner in the oven and then helped me talk on the phone. i had a nice chat with grdad and jammma. i told them about going to the park and other stuff i've been doing. now it's time for hanging out with dad before bed.
